Pros

Equiscript has created a unique niche in the market. The team is very dedicated and super-competent. The leadership is very engaged in growing the business. They treat their employees with respect and positions there are a great opportunity to learn and advance.

Cons

Equiscript is young and aggressive. There is no "riding the bus" as everyone has high goals and compensation is directly linked to performance. With companies of this size, duties can change as company goals shift, so you have to be adaptive and have a good attitude - or you wont make it!

Pros

you'll never have time to do your work. it's calls all day.

Cons

Leadership is very far removed from the day to day tasks. They(leadership) are also very petty and lack decorum. They cuss each other out in calls and yell at the poor dev team in India all the time. CEO (Carl) sits in on calls like a creep and that makes the managers act like the school principal is in the room. weird unhealthy work culture vibes.
