Layoffs in the masses. No words to express the stress level after seeing department after department being cut back or walked out.

Constant layoffs created frustration. Many areas were overworked. In a client facing role you are put in an awkward position of always having to apologize for company shortcomings.

No sense of history or continuity. So many layoffs and job cuts that temp HR people were the norm to handle layoffs.
