Great communication between management and staff ,if possible sign up to the Facebook page as there is always some incentive going on. If you have a problem speak up there is loads of support available and there is always a mental health advocate on shift. I can not promote this company enough they were really good to me.

Cons

Even with the best support there will be calls that upset you
