The worst place to work

Clean toilets and canteen. There is filtered water to drink.

Cons

They treat you like a slave, you must sit sttaight, not allowed to moved when at your desk, managers treat staff with no respect at all. They will shout at you like an animal. Management not educated, with terrible attitude, bragging about your personal life. It is not allowed to be sick otherwise you getting fired. Training is very bad and once you on calls you must know everything. You will be non stop bullied by managers and customers. I worked there one month just because needed money but it was the worst place I ever worked in my life. I worked in 4 call centres in Belfast previously and none been so bad as Firstsource.

never seen a place throw it's own employees under bus as much as here, as mentioned if you aren't brown nosing managers they don't want to know what problems you have. long tedious shifts with hardly any reasonable breaks. horrible to travel to, if you don't drive expect to have an 8 hour working shift turn into almost 12 with travel too and back included due to public transport. boring, dead-end job despite how much they make it out like they've done you a huge favour by allowing you to be there ... no advice taken on board despite how many staff surveys they send around. full of self important managers who couldn't run bath

1.) Training time is very good 2.) Trainers and HR(of some team) are friendly 3.)Pickup and drop facility available 4.)Work life balance 5.)Company will not force you to do any amount of extra work, your scheduled work is only what you are suppose to do

Cons

1.) Leaves are something that is big concern 2.)Incentives are not aid out properly 3.)No clear answer is given on the salary deducted 4.)For any small thing that can go here and there the company will make you sign the HIGH RISK DOCUMENT 5.)people get Documented for everything
