There are no best reasons to work with an employer which I have no faith there is only favouritism. Promotions are given to favourites only irrespective of your performance.

Cons

There was an act of sexual Harrasment in an official party from office where is the offender is set free with a warning rather he should be terminated. But the victim at least is sensible enough to resign and serve her notice cause the employer does not care about her security and is trying to be partial to the man. I wonder how that man has the guts to come to work and face all the people after doing such an act. Mr. ------ you need to fired cz you are a unfit TL
