Firstsource used to be an okay place to work. Not great, but not terrible either. Losing our director in the Louisville office has had a terrible impact on the office culture. The office is a ghost town and they are either unwilling or unable to hire replacements. Morale is low yet they keep cracking the whip and threatening to fire everyone for minor issues. It makes a person wonder if they just plan to shut the office down. You will constantly be asked to stay to work extra hours because there isn't enough coverage on the phones, but don't expect a thank you or pat on the back. All you will get is a kick in the butt and a demand to work harder next time.

Not enough pay/horrible raises, there's a ridiculous "point system" for being absent and being late (even if you have a doctors note or emergency room note they don't care), in AM shift they watch over you like a hawk, you get judged on something called "uptime" which is how much time you spend away from the computer (this includes going to the bathroom.) You only get 30 minutes so if you are feeling sick, having bladder problems, stomach problems, cramps .. you're screwed. They don't care if you have a good excuse for needing to use the bathroom more often than others.
