      no talking on the phones! decent bonuses/benefits

      Cons

      extremely strict sick/absence policy, even after we were told to find new jobs. company closed suddenly, stressful work.

      Poor communications both internally and through management, outdated content, not every office is similar globally

      Ample opportunities to move up to higher level positions. Supportive Management team that assists with growth at all levels.

      Cons

      Workloads do vary sometimes but the Management team is keen to keep everyone working on the slower days.
