Absolutely 0. A turn and burn factory. Want a job tomorrow? Look no further. Your CEO is INDIA and so will be your paychecks. Will hire anyone with a clean background and a pulse. Not even a good stepping stone job. Way better for much more $. Look elsewhere. You will NOT be promoted no matter what they say. The Chiefs are not leaving. Been there for decades. They do NOT care about you. Seen literally thousands come and go. Should you be outstanding you "might" get a . 12 - 15 raise. Yes that is in cents!

Cons

Went from a horrible job to a Collection Agency. If you can do that... work in Collections and get paid commissions accordingly. You will be written up any time you make bonus. Thereby negating bonus. 3 times in a row. 3 made bonus once. ALL 3 written up! If you need a fast job this is IT. Just do not even be hard on yourself or try too hard. Marginal seems best here. Want to wake up old sick people @8am sharp? Then demand they pay thousands @ 11. 00 per hr. then a perfect fit. See how the reality of that day works for you.

Pros

Flexibility in attendance, they allow a lot of points before termination. Easy to get a job here. Monday through Friday work. Ability to work at home...if you are one of their faves.

Cons

VERY LOW WAGES! You can make as much at Costco or somewhere. Takes a very long time to get any raises, then they are very minor. High school like atmosphere.
