Meet a vast diversity of people everyday. Some bring a smile to your face others do not. Very fast paced work environment, especially in the middle of season, but quite enjoyed it.

Cons

Their is the occasional know it all, who has an attitude problem everyday, just ignore go with the flow and everything goes pretty ok, need to offer better pay for receptionist and tax professionals, as well as offer better discounts and specials to new as well as older clients.
