Pros

I really enjoyed the people that I worked with. Everyone was friendly and helpful which is a big plus. I also enjoyed working with clients and making sure things ran smoothly.

Cons

I didn't like the fact that we had to clean the bathrooms. The corporate office would make silly chances in protocol mid-tax season which caused a lot more work for the CSPs. I don't think they really knew what it was like to be a an office. I did like my particular office though.

Pros

Pay is average or a little above average for duties. Store manager is reasonable in time off requests and scheduling.

Cons

In office training could be better. There is 15 hours of classroom training but just about every subject ended with "Well, ask your Office Leader how they want it done". Filing is a little disorganized, could just be my location though.
