For example, answering 100 questions hastily (and potentially incorrectly) is valued more than providing 50 well-researched, accurate answers in the same time. • Little to no opportunity for full-time employment. The company’s structure depends on 90%+ seasonal staff, even at headquarters. Management will often imply that full-time positions are possible (if you work hard enough), but in reality, the business model relies on keeping workers seasonal to avoid providing benefits.

The company is very disorganized

It can get quite stressful during peak season. There were times when I was schedules alone at front, phone's going off and had a line of people at the same time. Sometimes will deal with difficult clients who will take their anger out on you, but that's just part of the job I guess.
