      A good place to start

      Pros

      Growth, Benefits, PTO, WFH, Paid Holidays This Is a great place to start out getting some experience and making some money, but it's not for everyone. If you are willing to learn and do what is asked of you, it's easy to be promoted and earn more.

      Cons

      There are good and bad managers, but overall it just depends who you get. There is a high turnover rate, but that is mostly due to people with people either not being able to follow basic directions or moving on to better opportunities

      work with a very diverse group throughout the world.

      Cons

      operations managers are not good business partners and work to discredit those that may be in "competition" of their position.
