Pros

Easy to join, paid training

Cons

Did not pay the advertised wage, stated that the position was long term when it was actually seasonal, you do not actually get a choice in hours, was thrown into new call lines with no notice or training, was promised extended training when joining but when I requested this for my new position they instead fired me.

Pros

There are no pros they are a bunch of liars

Cons

1.) They will fire you for any given reason. Heard a baby in the background in another room. Fired. 2.) Phone ringing all the way in the background not even in the same room. Fired. 3.) They force you to stay on camera the entire zoom even if they don't have their stuff together (which is often). 4.) They don't stick to one time. They change it often for orientation. 5.) They lie to you to get you in the door and switch the time up on you forcing you to quit if you can't work the time they didn't tell you originally. 6.)There is no explaining anything. I think therefore you're fired. 7.)High turnover rate. From my orientation maybe 10 are still working there the rest of us either quit or got fired for stuff out of our control. 8.) In Microsoft teams they have your personal phone number for everyone to see even if you didn't give it to them. So, violation on our privacy if it isn't a Manager. 9.) They don't even know how to get through their on tech checks efficiently. 10.) Hey send you equipment that doesn't even work with the system when it's suppose to.

Pros

The option to work at home was only thing that was ok. The dept is a mess, the HR dept for work at home is toxic .

Cons

Unprofessional . They shut down dept and is very cut throat. It is very dead end job.
