This company hires us for open enrollment halfway trained us put us into production and when we need help sometime we would be done with a client before you would get a response they promise you a bonus and then give you the run around for it and double tax it so your bonus is less then a 2 week paycheck and if you try to talk and ask for help through the company they send you to a zoom of people who do not know anything and if they do solve something they don’t communicate it to the next person so you have to go through the problem again

No one wants to wait 90 days and deal with the members who call and yell on the phone about questions that have not been answered even after asking management Supervisors none of them can give a straight answer to us to give to the member. Supervisors never take calls or are available to the member. Member will be calling months later about the same situation 5 times and nothing will be resolved get same answer they were told months ago. Trainnig is like 5 days and crammed information but when you go on the floor you still have to ask questions because you are never taught on anything more in them 5 days. I think this company is a scam don't waste your time
