Remote work which makes work life balance good.

Cons

Terrible management. No support for staff. Ignorant managers who don’t have an idea of the job and give nonsense instructions to team members. No career progression. Very confused HR. Poor pay.

Decent pay for entry, understanding superiors and colleagues, efficient, good for growth, pay is sent a day early or on the day. Never had late salary.

Cons

Rowdy Agents (sometimes may be too loud during work, disrupting calls), occasional unprofessional behavior

Pressure to meet metrics and Kpi's even when it isn't your fault especially when customers cancel service or reduce their service to reduce bill
