None there are no pros to working for hgs

Cons

Do you want to be a number all the way up the ladder? Kids need surgery you don't want them to have? How about benefits that cover nothing.... And no desire to change or do better? Then this is the job for you. Atleast they let you basically do nothing once you get into management
