Good platform for freshers. Lots of scope to learn new things

Pros

Simple hiring process, cab service and good infrastructure to work. I worked for 8+ years and grew rapidly with the organization.

Cons

Technology needs upgrade. Salary market correction is much needed for few employees. Introduce certification programs by external vendors, more training is needed.
