      Low Wages, No Growth, & Poor Management

      Pros

      The only pro would be the once a week work from home day. If you are out sick (even if you work from home while sick or take the day off) you loose your work from home for however many days you weren't in the office. While the work from home day is appreciated, I don't think you should loose it the next week(s) if you work from home while being sick.

      Cons

      Contracting company that cares more about pleasing the client than the well being of employees. Always takes the client's side even if the client is at fault. Extremely low wages for the amount of work required. Yearly reviews are not fair. HGS has 4 categories for yearly reviews. Managers will tell you that no one is allowed to get the top category, and only a few can get the second top. Work load varies from what teams you support, yet all of us make the same wage. If you decide to work for this company, pray you get teams that aren't as demanding because no matter what you do, everyone is basically compensated the same for their time. If you ask a question that ruffles feathers your manager will try to reprimand you for it. No room for growth no matter how hard you work.

      Pros

      I guess you don't get fired for not showing up so you can call off whenever with no repercussions??

      Cons

      -Management does not treat everyone the same. -People are not held accountable for their actions like not showing up to work multiple tmes per week -Workload is a joke and can be done the first couple hours of the day -You become a robot due to the work not being challenging at all -As a reward for hitting "sales goal" you get to wear jeans the next month and might receive gourmet sandwiches from Jimmy Johns............
