Pros

Mostly Nice Employees & Better Than Average Pay

Cons

Absolutely Zero Ground Level Support for hires that are told it is an "entry level position." It's not and it's clearly sink or swim/meat factory mentality where it either works out or it doesn't. Would be much better if they simply classified positions as mid-level, since the pay is practically mid-level.

Pros

The pros of this position were that there was some travel, a lot of unsupervised work, and the ability to have a some what flexible schedule.

Cons

The cons were lack of needed communication, lack of clear and concise expectations and change that was not communicated effectively.

Competitive Pay above the position standard, relatively nice co-workers, free gym access and decent benefits, occasional remote work

Cons

Disconnect between entry-level staff and upper management, lack of clarity in pecking order for assigned team tasks, total lack of training program and support for those employees new to the prepaid business
