Pros

People are generally nice. Processes are constantly improving. Pay is good.

Cons

Internal systems don't speak to each other and are not scaled to size of business. Teams don't work with each other as much as they should. Promotion opportunities could be better; external hires are often prioritized for higher level positions instead of promoting from within. PTO time is pretty low. There isn't much of a defined culture.
