Remote work for the time being

Cons

Pay and promotions need to be based on your job performance not how much a manager likes you. Insurance is horrible, can not even afford to go to the doctor and if you don't use it then you are charged a "surcharge" every paycheck.

Leadership in Canada was good at keeping us informed and motivated

Cons

Difficult to move up in the company due to flat organization. US parent company doesn't seem to care about the needs of it's subsidiaries.
