Understanding internal processes and technology verbiage is a must to survive an ever-changing technology company, but you will learn so much.

Cons

It's a boys club that doesn't seem to put their employee's well-being first. They like to hear themselves talk but they aren't saying anything.

Incomm is a complete train wreck - Especially within Financial Services. I've never seen a management and upper management team with so much lack of knowledge in my life. Incomm's management in FS focuses more on their "bromance" than their employees. Their expectations are absolutely unrealistic. Their lack of empathy towards their employee's bandwidth is unacceptable. FS management has a lack of regard of their employee's knowledge and intelligence is absolutely insulting. There's no opportunity for growth. And you're underpaid for what you do as well.
