Pros

The best reason to work at Incomm short term is to learn a different non-technology approach to internal processes.

Cons

The lack on technology to manage daily internal processes makes doing a simple task more difficult than necessary. The culture does not inspire collaboration or support between employees. High turn rate and low pay does not make this a long term career path if you're looking to grow and succeed. Exposure to new technology is not here even though they tell you they are a technology company. They're really not.

Pros

Mostly Nice Employees & Better Than Average Pay

Cons

Absolutely Zero Ground Level Support for hires that are told it is an "entry level position." It's not and it's clearly sink or swim/meat factory mentality where it either works out or it doesn't. Would be much better if they simply classified positions as mid-level, since the pay is practically mid-level.
