Pros

There are some really good, professional employees at various levels.

Cons

Culture continues to be dragged down by upper Management's poor decisions and lack of appreciation of their employees input. A shake up is needed with true vision toward success.

Pros

Schedule was good co-workers were always friendly. Job was easy talking to customers

Cons

Very nit picky about not talking to your co-workers who sit beside you. Management feels they can talk to you any way they feel

Pros

- Fast growing industry leader in the prepaid space - Still privately owned - Great office location with on-site gym for employees - Free parking or MARTA pass for employees working from the downtown office - Most coworkers generally friendly - Aggressively working to develop technologies that are innovative in the prepaid space - Good 401K program for full time employees - Employee Referral program for select positions - Partial Tuition reimbursement program

Cons

- Very poor employee moral. Little appreciation for hard work and dedication. Little to no employee recognition. - Not enough support staff. Too many VP's and not enough staff to actually do the work. - Inability to work proactively. Almost everything is done based on a reaction to a problem. - Extreme lack of internal programs to provide accurate reporting and customer relations management software. The whole company is run on spreadsheets. No central program to search for company, retailer, partner data. - No real training for new employees - No processes - CEO extremely reactive and disengaged in overall business - CFO acts as a stop gap and has too much control over all business decisions - Lack of quality leadership/management (There are a few exceptions). Very little mentoring capability. - No branding or direction for proprietary products - No real programs for employee development and advancement - More focus on the aesthetic look of the company than the efficiency and productivity - "Boys Club" mentality demotivates employees
