      Pros

      The company is embracing a lot of change in IT. Looking to build a lot more innovative gift card experience. They make a lot of money every year and looks like they are finally giving cloud infrastructure a chance.

      Cons

      Bonuses only available for a manager and above. Technical architects and leads also don't get bonuses even though the company is doing very well financially.

      The fact that you have actual benefits and PTO. If you are looking for a company that gives you a consistent 30k salary. This is the place for you. Good things will happen when you decide to leave the company. Trust me.

      Cons

      No GROWTH whatsoever. This place is a dead end for career builders. You have been warned. If you are looking for a job to pay the bills, this is your place. Company systems lack high availability.
