Once you're in and have passed probation, it is pretty hard to get fired. as long as you're performing and dont ruffle the wrong feathers your job is fairly secure
Cons
once you're in and have passed probation, it is pretty hard to get fired. you have employees walking around who abuse their power or their connection to power. there is a lot of hostility by certain groups towards others within the organization. and rarely are the conflicts rooted in true issues with work. instead, certain individuals use their personal feelings towards other to create and continue chaos in the work place. management is fully aware and it seems as if this type of behavior is rewarded.
