Free Parking and good location in Atlanta.

Lazy coworkers that never "own" their work. Your title means absolutely nothing job scope creep is ridiculous. Your pay is well below what most competitors will pay you for the same work. Upper management speaks of reducing turnover rate, however, they are all talk and not action. Too many silos around the company and tribal knowledge. Almost no documentation or centralized location for knowledge. Upper management is very disconnected from the average workers. CEO makes absolutely 0 interaction with the average employees. In my many years of working here I have never even seen the man.

Cons

Massive overtime w/o compensation. No advancement, people screw up and blame it on someone else. Personnel is clueless in posting and hiring talent.
