      Work is challenging. Lots to learn. Talented co-workers.

      Cons

      Assembly line mentality. NO REMOTING (selectively applied). Instead of allowing employees to remote in for special situations, everyone is required to use their vacation time (4 hour minimum) to take care of personal or family appointments. Doctor's appointment. Take a half day off. Taking the afternoon off to go on vacation? You must still come into the office. Sick child, Transportation issue. Take the day off. Not hungry for lunch at 12:00. Too bad.
