Pros
Relaxed Atmosphere meaning anything goes. One can show up for work in flip flops and yoga pants so you're comfortable. There's no one over your shoulders constantly and for maximum success in getting work done, you can plug in your earplugs and disappear.
Cons
Because it's a more relaxed atmosphere, both managerial staff and employees take advantage of that idea. There's no distinct separation in most mangers and staff. Office setting is vulgar with a constant flow of profanity and discriminatory language. Confidential information is a free for all.
