Pros

Work from home option helps daily schedules and flexibility. Travel every so often. Meet people from all over the USA.

Cons

Balancing working from home and at an office can be difficult for some people. Traveling can interfere with life if you have kids.

Pros

Flexible working hours, nice location, interesting industry

Cons

Consistently making changes on their process without a sound reason, without appropriate planning of changes; as a PM, you will have a lead, a manager, a director, a Sr director, a few VPs, a couple of Sr. VP on the higher levels and EMPO, so you'd better be careful with what have been told and keep a record of everything to save yourself, as there are many conflicts

Pros

Great job if you can work independently, built amazing relationships with dealers. As long as you are organized and self motivated you will do well. Great work life balance.

Cons

No room for growth unless you want to relocate. Salary increases are minimum
