      Great for Entry Level IT professionals to get exposure to a wide range of platforms. Management and VPs for IT are accessible and offer helpful feedback. Education/Certification benefits as well as Skillsoft access to pursue interests and hone skills. Free Parking/Transportation passes

      Cons

      Daily duties and skills are very specific to the NOC with no exposure to the tools and procedures of other teams, making it kind of difficult to advance or move to positions in other departments.
