Pros

-good start in FinTech -paid for commuting costs pre-covid

Cons

The company already left an impression that they didn’t care about their employees but they REALLY showed it during the pandemic. After a large layoff, nothing changed for those that remained except more work. No resources were provided as we all worked remotely. In a year when a lot of companies showed up to support their employees, Incomm only disappointed. Cluster mess between offices, I never really knew which location worked on what. Office closures occurred throughout the US and no stipend was offered for remote offices. No annual bonus. A yearly 3% raise for inflation (not in 2020). Remaining PTO days are not paid out when you leave. Poor benefits. Poor diversity. I really don’t recommend working here.
