Pros

Friendly, fun, casual atmosphere. Get things done and have fun doing it. Smart/enthusiastic team members. Great downtown location in Big Pink. Technology group runs as a very flat organization, with a lot of autonomy, encouraged to try new things. Co-located, cross-functional agile teams. Focused on hiring "A-team" players

Cons

Some interactions with the larger parent company can be slow/frustrating. Compensation lacks equity component. If you're a "heads-down" kind of person, the open atmosphere can get distracting at times (requires headphones).

Great working environment, up to date with technology edge, good location,very competitive benefit package, good employee perks. Good leadership.

Cons

Sometimes, I don't like vacation policy use it or loose it. It hard to plan long vacation; however, I understand that company wants everyone takes time off and avoid burn out.
