Pros

Great people but the communication across the board could be a whole lot better. There are some teams that really know what the big picture of the company is however they don't work towards that end because they don't have the power. On a management level there is no above and beyond. It's do my part and "hopefully" everything else falls in line.

Cons

Politics and cliques in upper management will bring the company to its knees sooner than later! Jack Maloney thinks he has the formula. We'll see!

veteran employees dominate every entity of the organization, new employees are treated poorly, good old boys club environment create a sexist and prejudicial environment, toxic working environment

Pros

Nice and convenient locations for both downtown and Alpharetta offices. Gym is at the downtown office. Benefits are okay.

Cons

Huge staff turnover. Overall lack of company culture at all levels. Poor management. Enormous bureaucracy. Basic internal company processes are non-existent. Most tasks between departments are being completed on personal relationship level - and non-stop staff turnover makes it even more complicated.
