      No micromanaging. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management is terrible and clueless when it comes to ensuring that all team members are properly trained are working their full hours. A lot of employees get away with not doing their jobs properly.

      Free Parking, Free Marta card, casual environment. Located downtown Atlanta. College degree is not required to work there.

      Cons

      Private company that only promote friends. The compensation is not competitive. Very difficult for them to retain skilled talent. Very high turnover. Constantly changing focus and direction
