Sweat shop - if you allow it, you will be worked to physical and mental exhaustion Too much focus on making money and not on the best interests of their clients. Profitability is their #1 objective Everything is a #1 priority They over promise and under deliver with the focus on signing new clients to generate new income at the expense of meeting current client needs Where advantageous to them they misrepresent and/or do not disclose important information that affects their clients Lip service is paid to valuing employees including sub-par salaries

Noticeable lack of diversity; not necessarily an inclusive environment as culture is fairly insular particularly with legacy team members; micromanagement; lack of innovation and culture is not conducive to any suggestions, unless they come from the "right" sources; lots of emphasis on industry competitors as opposed to simply having the best product offering; compensation package substantially below industry average; no retention of talent (revolving door)
