Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We regret to hear that your personal experience working at Influence Health was not positive. Undoubtedly, the company has been through many changes. That being said, our mission and core platform vision have remained consistent for many years. Today, we remain deeply committed to helping healthcare organizations leverage data, analytics and digital tools (the Consumer Experience Platform) to positively influence consumer relationships. To thrive in the digital space, particularly in healthcare, a person must have a high tolerance for change as both healthcare and technology are evolving at an exponential rate. Emerging technologies present new opportunities and new competitive threats which require us to adapt as we go. The ability to adapt, is in fact, what separates high-performing companies from the rest of the pack. While many find this exciting, we do recognize it can also be unsettling to some. Throughout it all, what we can promise is that we will continue to be transparent with employees as to when and why changes are needed and to create a culture where our employees feel encouraged to present new ideas, challenge the status quo and innovate at each step of our journey.
