-I was told by HR they don't do cost-of-living increases -Pay is rather low for the market, and the benefits package doesn't compare well to other companies (no WFH office stipend, etc) -Typical tech "boys club" -Department management (at least in mine) was rather sexist, and even after an internal investigation, HR refused to acknowledge the issue -Upper management can be micromanaging and unwilling to listen to alternative solutions -Constant changing goals my EGC make it hard to meet KPI's -The way we treated customers was really not right and a bit exploitive -No room for growth -Poor cross-functional team relationships (mostly due to leadership siloing people)

Can't really say there are any cons, I love it here!

Redundant platforms and unrealistic expectations

Could use more cross collaboration among departments.

Better benefits would be appreciated.

If you’re non exempt employee, not too good with work life balance. You don’t get must pto.

Pay, management, lack of recognition.

High work volume, Really hard to move next to impossible. Long hours on ready for calls.
