Through quarterly All Hands meetings, weekly video updates from myself the CEO, and a very active Slack environment, LegitScript works hard to ensure that employees are up to date with goals, objectives and opportunities. While career development is sometimes challenging at a smaller company, so far in 2022, we’ve promoted over 20% of our employees into new or expanded roles and continue to focus on talent and succession planning. Everything over shadowed by Micro Management and incompetent directors

Benefits are good - Really good Health Insurance Fully Remote Annual Bonuses

Cons

Micro Management - Especially from Lead/Manager from Devops Team who uses it to hide his own Insecurities. Lead/Manager of Devops creates Blame Culture. Not a very team collaborative environment The Senior Director of Engineering literally knows nothing about Computer Engineering. Too much politics. Toxic Work Environment.

Pros

I've worked at big and small companies and this has been the best working experience I've had to date. The management team are thoughtful and open and actually care about the staff. Morals and values really matter here. Although some people like to weave conspiracy theories about the business the reality is quite simple: we work to keep people and companies safe. I've been here over a year and have no idea what the BBB review is going on about. Sounds like sour grapes. In terms of working environment, the office is modern, we have our own barista and lunch is provided every other Friday. The people here are smart and committed.

Cons

The company is growing really fast and at times it can seem like we're playing catch up. It feels like organization has improved over the past few months. They are starting to get a better handle on growth.
