The whole package!

Pros

LegitScript does some of the most interesting work I have heard of. Someone once told me that LegitScript is "The Watchdogs of the West" which is such a clever way to describe it. Each time we hold an All-Hands, I walk away with my mind blown and more curiosity. I am impressed by the representation of women and people of color on the leadership team. Also, this is the first place where I have really felt the work-life balance. LegitScript just started their first employee resource group for people who experience mental or physical illnesses and their allies, which further supports their philosophy on work-life balance.

Cons

There is a lot of information as you start at LegitScript - just absorb as much as you can. This company works with many different industries and there is a lot to learn.

As a still somewhat new employee myself, I agree with you that there is a ton to learn. We will do our best to make the ongoing learning process fun and engaging for both folks who are new and those who are developing additional knowledge over time.

* CEO is very welcoming and established a collaborative and inclusive culture * Employees all embrace our noble mission to make the internet and payment ecosystem safer and more transparent * Pay and benefits are competitive * Strong potential for company growth and new opportunities

Cons

* You need to be someone who is willing to be in a high-paced growth company where we're often building new process as we go. I personally really enjoy this aspect of my career here, but I know that's not for everyone.
