Pros

This company have no pros at all. They need to be shut down expeditiously.

Cons

The training sucks, they pull seasoned employees from other department and throw them into customer service with only days of training and the grade them on the calls, only to write them up because they failed the calls due to lack of knowledge from the bs training they provided. They will call you on a Thursday advising you being thrown into another department only to give you an ultimatum to sign transfer paperwork before your shift starts the following Monday or you voluntarily terminate you position. They do that so you cant get unemployment benefits. this company is trash. You literally have to be on your death bed to get an approved day off of work. You request time off months in advance and they deny it always changing your schedule at the last minute and writing you up for taking denied time off to go to the doctor for being depressed because of dealing with rude and irate customers calling in all day back to back. If i could give zero stars I would.

Pros

Started off ok in the beginning. Progressively got Worse

Cons

They laid off a bunch of employees out of the blue without warning and as "severance" to the good people we got one more paycheck and were told to go on about our business. Then tried also tried to not pay out vacation time owed. Not one care in the world about if we would be ok. Just foul.. Other companies, that actually care about their employees, usually give you a couple months pay at minimum but Loancare could care less about their loyal employees that had gave up 5+ years of their lives working for them especially under such crap conditions/management. Highly Unorganized. Pay not good for the amount of work. If you get a raise you're lucky to see a 25 cent increase. No bonuses. Just Bad all around. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time on this terrible company..

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Unfortunately restructuring of our workforce and parting ways with team members is never an easy decision but adjustments to our staffing are sometimes necessary. Pros

I had a great manager, but then was moved under a racist manager who complained about all the black people on my team. Great culture. CEO kept us in the loop of everything during the pandemic.

Cons

My VP should not have been allowed to manage people. She was very cold and I could count on one hand how many times I spoke to her. My last manager seemed to pick on the black people on my team. She always complained that they had attitudes. I was told that it would take over a year to learn my job, but was expected to learn it in a few weeks. My counterpart was a nasty person. She was charged to train me but never did. All the leaders were friends who hung out together which made it hard to bring any issues regarding my counterparts to them. I was also forced into another team without my consent. I was told that if I didn't move to the team that I would probably be fired.
