Pros

Stable company with over 900 employees and 15 years experience. Pay treatment based on performance all management promoted from within the company. Flexible scheduling

Cons

Flexible scheduling sometimes causes spikes in calls irritating customers and causing to to take back to back calls. Upset customers when tools don't function properly causing long calls and difficulty progressing to next tier for pay treatment.

Pros

Very flexible schedule. If you are on the right team you will have a great boss. Incredibly easy. When we are slow it is easy to get off early, unfortunately we have been incredibly busy for weeks, but when we are busy the company often springs for free food in the call centers.

Cons

Terribly monotonous. After a few months going to work was a drag because you knew that you were just going to have to do the same thing over and over again with no end in sight. When the company picks up a new ISP the tools are incomplete and rarely work. This really makes the customers angry but there will be nothing you can do about it. The techs have to deal with this and it is not fun. It is a position where you are there to help people, but the people you are helping are normally mad at you because their internet doesn't work. Computers have web filters so even though you have a brainless job you can't entertain yourself by browsing the web. You must enter a break queue to get your breaks, lunch breaks, even a bathroom break. Sometimes you must wait up to 5 hours after you request your lunch to actually get it, and when we are busy you rarely get all your breaks for a shift. The call center itself is disgusting. There are mountains of dust in the keyboards and the bathrooms are gross.
