Ummm, the culture used to be cool

Cons

Politics are game of thrones level. Better be ready for a little light incest to advance. I was blatantly told I was not hired for an internal transfer job because I already work at PROS, and the hiring manager didn't want to hire internal. I was also told I was the most qualified. No response from HR. When I had 5 different bosses over 5 weeks and wasn't sure who was my boss? No response from HR. Be ready for lots of performance reviews like the following (5 years in a row) "well your old boss was fired, and I'm new and not willing to go to bat for you based on our 2 months of experience. Better luck with promotion next year"

Pros

The culture is everything you imagine a great company should have. The CEO and the leaders truly care about the employees here and their wants and needs. They are constantly striving to be better as a company in their culture, their solutions, and their processes. This isn't a stagnant company. And the internal job opportunities are endless. Employees get first dibs on job openings and always get a chance to interview for them. Seriously can't say enough great things about this place!

sometimes employees and leaders will go above individual contributors to other leadership to get things done and not include the person responsible for the work.
