Stressful and overwhelming position as Ford isn't the most reliable vehicle manufacturer. Many issues that cannot be resolved.

I’ve never worked somewhere Where I was completely unmotivated to get up and work . It’s so stressful and draining , and I honestly think it’s going to send me into depression if I don’t leave soon . No work/life balance at all .
