Pros

Can't think of any pro's.

Cons

Working for Quince has been interesting. Nothing makes sense and quality members of leadership mysteriously leave. Somehow, it's always the members of leadership that recently had a kid, have kids, or are pregnant which doesn't leave a good impression with me as a parent. The amount of parents I've seen "leave" unexpectedly leaves me uneasy about my job security to where I'm burning myself out every single day without a day off to make sure I'm here and doing my best, but even my best constantly gets critiqued and put down. The same person who constantly causes issues within the retention specialist role, is still the head of customer excellence and somehow sticks around. There's been multiple reviews about them and emails received to the whole company as a call to action to improve leadership style, but it's clear they have not done the work to do so and continue to tear down employees that are parents. Work life balance should be a thing here, but it's very evident that it's not with who is leading the department.

Pros

They are constantly recruiting as people are leaving.

Cons

Totally understand it is a startup environment but the leadership really needs to learn to be professional. Period.
