Pros

I worked at Reputation.com for more than 3 years and had a very good experience. Enjoyed my tenure and played many roles and learned a lot along the way. It is the right environment to innovate and grow, but you need to be ready for the challenge and the opportunities that come with it. Reputation.com allows its employees to grow professionally and does offer a path for career progression. For those who are self starters and like to take up new challenges, this is the place to work. Employee contributions are noticed and acknowledged. I grew from individual contributor to a team manager in less than 2 years. This says it all. Very flexible work culture and upper management is very approachable.

Cons

No formal performance review process.

Pros

I worked at reputation.com for 3 years and had a very good overall experience. It's an exciting place to work for a number of reasons starting with the fact that it's a truly innovative company, being the first (and really the only) player in a quickly growing space. If you want to work hard, be creative, and take on new challenges, it can be a very satisfying place to work. Most people make a point to be very approachable, starting with the CEO. Other perks include a cool new office, company sponsored basketball league, lunch/dinner/snacks, Caltrain passes, etc.

Cons

As is the case at most startups, there are times when it gets very busy/hectic. You have to be flexible and be ready for lots of changes and moving parts.

Pros

The number 1 reason to work here is because what Reputation.com does is extremely important in today's culture. It is to easy to be tarnished online. Giving people an option to protect their online image is not only important but necessary. Perks: Great company culture, lunch provided, BOOT Camp, Free Cal Train Pass & shuttle, dry cleaning, Work/Life Balance

Cons

The company location is not ideal.
