Pros

It’s an exciting forward-thinking company, built around strong principles, reliable Leadership, and solid objectives that are very much part of our working culture. Creative thinking is definitely encouraged and people are supportive of one another in development across departments. The company is very fast-paced with lots of exciting things going on all the time. The Executive Leadership team are incredibly transparent about all aspects of the business, from financials to recruitment to growth strategies - an honesty that is refreshing and highly valued.
