Pros

I was concerned about the reviews I saw here before deciding to join. After being here a few months, it became clear that much of people's negative experience was the result of a major re-org where the consumer business was separated from the enterprise business, and turnover increased. Morale among the consumer folks, particularly among those who've been slowly but steadily let go, has been very low -- and justifiably so. My experience on the enterprise side of the business has been excellent. I love the positive vibe that's growing here. The product is solid, revenue growth is strong, the people are totally engaged and mutually supportive.

Cons

A few members of the leadership team tend to drown out comments from the mid-levels in larger conversations. They could do a much better job of soliciting the perspectives and insights of those around them. It's great to see their passion, but sometimes -- not always -- a few of them don't know what they're missing.

Pros

-Talented, mission-driven colleagues who care deeply about customer outcomes. -Flexible work model with supportive peers who genuinely want to succeed. -Exposure to a fast-moving SaaS environment with recognizable brands and interesting customers.

Cons

-Leadership communication around culture, growth, and inclusion often sounds polished but doesn’t reflect day-to-day reality. The message and the lived experience remain far apart. -HR and senior leadership have been aware of ongoing concerns in Customer Success for some time, but the only visible shift has been turnover. The calmer atmosphere now reflects attrition, not improvement. -The new review and career pathing processes look good on paper but are largely performative, with little real execution or meaningful development behind them -Product reliability and customer experience remain inconsistent, while internal focus leans more on process and perception than on addressing root issues

Thanks for your feedback and recognizing our talent and mission-driven culture. We're proud of the people and customers we get to work with every day. When concerns are raised in any area of our business, we lean in. The voice of our employees is a priority and that’s why we host roundtable discussions, Ask Me Anything sessions with leaders, focus groups, provide coaching to our leaders and employees, and invest in our talent. We understand meaningful change takes time and we remain committed to strengthening our culture, investing in people, and providing opportunities for employees to grow and succeed. With the appointment of our new Chief Revenue Officer, we hope you have already started to see improvements in this area. We have now gone through a second year of our annual review process. We are encouraged by the quality of written reviews and hope that this translated well over into employee conversations. Career pathing represents a significant and ongoing body of work. We will be actively rolling out a few functions over the coming months. Your product reliability and customer experience feedback has been noted and will be shared with the appropriate teams. We genuinely appreciate the thoughtfulness of this review. It helps us ensure enhancements we make are more than performative, aligning with the day-to-day reality of our teams. If you have specific examples or concerns you'd like to raise directly, we encourage you to reach out to your manager, senior leadership, or your HRBP. Thank you for being a part of our amazing team!
