Pros

It's a great time to be with Reputation. There are a lot of exciting things happening with AI and we recently rebuilt our platform from the ground up. The hybrid work schedule is a great balance, and the account load is very manageable which allows me to be very strategic with customers and drive positive results with our platform which is very fulfilling. Management have a great vision and direction for the company.

Cons

You have either been at Reputation for a few months, or a few years. The more tenured team members seem a bit resistant to some of the changes that are ultimately going to take the company (and opportunities) to the next level, and navigating those waters can be a bit challenging as a new employee coming in. Another downside is the lack of 401(k) matching, but other than that the benefits are great.

Thank you for this wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that the platform rebuild, AI innovations, and strategic direction are resonating with you. It is exactly the kind of momentum we have been working hard to build. Your observation about navigating change within a tenured team is a thoughtful one, and something we are mindful of as we continue to evolve. Change can be challenging, but we believe the direction ahead is one worth embracing together. We hear you on the 401(k) match, it is something we continue to evaluate as the company grows. Thanks for being a part of the journey. Reviews like this one remind us why we do what we do!

Pros

- Individuals who are hard working and believe in the product - Great people - Flexible work schedule

Cons

- Concerning trend of sexism, especially within the Customer Success team. Female leaders were all bypassed for promotions, or even demoted, so that less qualified male candidates could be brought in. What was a diverse team of leaders, is now all males who are friends outside of work. - C Suite aware of growing concerns around sexism and equality for women in the workplace, but have made no meaningful changes. This was brought up in an all hands, within employee surveys, and numerous exit interviews of employees leaving due to these concerns. -Growth opportunities are limited, as leaders tend to favor employees or hire external candidates (despite qualifications) who have a personal connection to hiring manager.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the people, flexibility, and product at Reputation. We truly appreciate the contributions you made during your time here. We take concerns about diversity, inclusion, and equity very seriously and remain dedicated to ongoing efforts to strengthen these areas through employee feedback surveys, leadership accountability, and internal initiatives, such as our Pathfinder Project, which will include employees from cross-functional groups coming together to develop actionable recommendations that will drive meaningful improvements within the organization. We recognize that perceptions of limited growth opportunities and favoritism can be frustrating and damaging to morale. We want to be clear that our goal is always to hire and promote the most qualified individuals based on merit, alignment with our values, and the needs of the business — regardless of personal relationships. That said, we also understand that when employees don’t see clear, consistent pathways for development, or if hiring decisions lack transparency, it can lead to concerns about fairness. We're actively working to improve internal mobility, career development frameworks, and manager training to support equitable growth opportunities across the company. We appreciate your insights and will continue working to ensure that all employees feel supported and empowered in their careers. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.
