1. Collaborative culture 2. Interesting space and vision 3. Most importantly, new CEO has strong vision for the company and seems highly capable of executing on that vision

Cons

Mostly remote / hybrid. Know this will be a positive for some people, but I am a fan of in person working

High attrition at company Poorly Managed Multiple layoffs - including people just hired Chaotic and toxic environment in some departments Worthless company stock options
